Deadline for 7/4/2024

Monday, June 10th is the last day we are taking rack and tube orders and having them delivered before 7/4/24. Any order received after 11:00pm on 6/10/24 is unlikely to arrive prior to 7/4/24. This applies to all racks and tubes.

PYROBOOM will be closed from Friday (10/18/24) to Sunday (11/3/24). All orders placed during this time will ship after 11/3/24. Email will be responded to within 3 days.

We will be closed from Wednesday, 9/27/23 until Monday, 10/9/23. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond. All orders placed during this time will ship out shortly after 10/9/23. Thank you!

For new orders (not yet placed)

Please make sure you enter your shipping zip code on the shopping cart screen. This provides you with an estimated delivery date. Racks and tubes are the slowest to ship. Anything we don't have to make is shipping out within 3 days (fuse, igniters, firing systems, zip ties).

If you placed an order for any kind of tube or rack it will ship out in about 16-20 days after you placed the order.

If you placed an order for any kind of tube or rack it will ship out in about 20-23 days after you placed the order.

Shipping Explanation

Many people ask "why it takes so long to ship my order?" Answer: We ran out of ready-to-ship stock and we need to build it. This includes ALL mortar tubes and ALL racks. We process orders in the order they are received. The demand is higher than how fast we can build the product.

Faster shipping?

Paying more does not change how fast we can build the product. We don't offer expedited shipping.

Changing or combing your order

We don't offer this as an option in June.
